DIE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

If you tread a road without leaving a footprint, only those who saw you might remember that you were there, if they choose to – and when they die, the memory dies. But if you walk that road and impress an impact, even if people forget you, history will never. Die to make a difference!

You weren’t born to make up the numbers. You’re not here, simply because there’s a vacuum to fill up. You’re here because you can continue from where creativity stopped, and make your impact. Your impact may not be a loud bang. It may not be so conspicuous, glittering like the most beautiful ornaments. It may not diffuse with the sweetest smells of roses in the very early hours of the morning. But you’ve got to understand that a difference isn’t about size or intensity  – it’s about the commitment from the heart to change one person and put an eternal smile on her face.

Your difference isn’t your ability to beat or cheat someone, but to heat up someone until his kinetics to a momentum towards a destined direction and purpose is achieved. So, if I go into a fight with my brother in the full glare of the public, and beat him mercilessly, and the whole world applaud me, and tell me how a hero I am, and that’s exactly where it ends, what’s my gain? If I throw the gauntlet, and tell my sister how powerful I am, and how I can call the shots, and with all my might, give her a TKO, and the shots callers will say I am a team member, and they’ll put on me Emperor’s new clothes, and I’ll feel like a superhuman, and that’s exactly where it ends, what’s my gain? It’s just nothing. I call on you to sheath this sword, because it’s all nothing but a waste land.

Follow that dream – the dream to beat yourself into the best. I’m not asking you to pretend – I’m asking you to show strength. Strength isn’t pretending to be strong when you’re obviously hurt. It’s when, in spite of the excruciating pains within, you’re able to look yourself in the mirror and say, “I’ll be fine.” And in addition, you’re able to manage a smile on your face right in front of that mirror. Don’t say you aren’t bruised when you are – say I am, but I’ll come out better. Reassure yourself and move on.

Move on to that goal. Fight it out until you achieve it. Believe in yourself. Believe in your birth. You don’t need the contacts to make an impact. Clap with the only one hand you have. A clap isn’t defined by two hands – it’s defined by intent and unwavering passion. Push yourself to where heaven will notice you, and hell will avoid you. Take yourself to where angels relate. You were born for something. Make that something happen.
